Prepaid Visa card on adidas canada app

I'm trying to figure out how to use this card on the gift card option for payment methods. It's telling me to add 19 digit number and 4 digit on the back but there's no expiration date option. and i tried the 16 digit and 3 digit cvv on the back but it requires 19 and 4. This is my first time using a prepaid Visa so maybe I'm just being dumb but if anybody could tell me what's wrong I would appreciate it.
