nipple piercing aftercare help

hello, im looking into getting my nipples pierced soon but i have a few questions on aftercare that im sure the piercer can also answer, but im more asking for people who have already experienced the aftercare of getting their nipples pierced.

i have a grade b inversion on both of my nipples, and when erect sometimes they do lay flat against the skin. (it really depends on temperature ive noticed.) ive done plenty of research on inverted nipples, and how getting them pierced can help the inversion etc. ive found a reputable piercer who has experience in piercing both flat & inverted nipples i’m just a bit more worried about the aftercare when im at home. i work alot, so im not to sure if im able to wear an everyday bra for that, what i need to sleep in to make sure they arent bothered, just that general stuff. if anyone could help me out or add suggestions, i would really appreciate it !!
