New symptoms after 3 months?

I'm 12 weeks off a huge dose of Clonazepam cold turkey, and overall I've healed more than what I though was possible. Anyways, I wonder if one can one get new withdrawal symptoms after this long? The reason I'm wondering is because the past two days I've been feeling an extreme head pressure/tightness and so fatigued that I feel like a zombie, even though I've gotten 7 hours of sleep. Can anyone else here relate to the head pressure?
