AIO friends excluding me (maybe on purpose?)

Small story basically my friends and I watch a show together, and when the new episodes come out but I work they tell me they’re going to watch it without me and they don’t want to wait so they don’t get spoilers. This has happened many times, although when one of them can’t watch it they reschedule all together. Example being there was a day I couldn’t watch it but they were going to, But then one of them had something come up so we ended up rescheduling to fit everyone’s schedule. It just makes me feel shitty and like they exclude me on purpose. Am i right for feeling this way or AIO?
