The Last Shall Be First

She likes novelettes, so, here is one dedicated to her.

Somebody amongst the followers here at CytoDyn had taken out NP. All of us know of whom I speak. She boldly claims that responsibility and lifts it up as one of her trophies. Come on now Mazzy, don't deny it. I guess, she didn't like the way he operated or how he did things, I mean, how could you blame her for that? But, she took matters into her own hands and got him indicted which subsequently led to the SEC / DOJ trial which then led to his conviction.

So, now, when someone else speaks the way in which he once spoke, she feels somewhat defeated, because she really never did shut him up, did she. NP does still speak; even if he goes to the slammer. She doesn't stop though, until he is silenced for good. Why won't she stop? Because she hates the unity which NP had fostered calling it all unwarranted. Why is she so against what she sees as an unwarranted unity? She claims she wants to be the protectress of others from getting destroyed, so her answer is to destroy the entirety of CytoDyn, and she'll do it herself, until, well, you can answer that Black Hole Mazzy, you never did name which star, so there you go, I did it for you.

NP's prior exaggerations and unbacked claims really did tick her off. The Proactive Videos and rapid fire PRs, comments all torched a blaze under her butt. So, she got fed up & got him indicted. This way, nobody would dare to continue to make the same claims which he had made; and she thought her job was complete.

That was some time ago, however today, there are multiple Investor groups and they are diversified. Investor's Hangout, Reddit, StockTwits and many more. Her preference is ST, but wherever she goes, she is not well tolerated. She operates by stalking every Chat group with primary intention to destroy the CYDY shareholder base, for end game eradication of CYDY once and for all. On these message boards, like the one you're on right now, there are a few groups of diversified shareholders. Some are very knowledgeable. Very smart. Some very witty. Some very funny. Some imaginative. Some interested. Some thankful. Some joyful. Some sad. Some regretful, some worried and some quite confident. Some 100% assured. Some with no hope, but still hanging on.

And then there is this Black Hole who is at negative pressure, attempting to vacuum up every board into her empty cavity. As such, she is castigated, as one who doesn't belong, as she certainly does not belong, however, chooses to hang around, uninvited, simply to be there, so she might even devour just one. Therefore, like it or not, this bane of our existence must be dealt with and acknowledged for what she exactly is; a vacuum leading to nowhere; not a CytoDyn saint, that's for sure.

Right now CytoDyn has chosen STEALTH, and SILENCE. That's their prerogative. When anybody chooses to report something positive in their decision to go stealth mode, her reaction to it is retaliation. Her only MO is criticism. She'll even criticize things you never said, and claim you meant it that way. Twists the narrative to prove her lies. She backs her words with her self proclaimed experience, but she still knows zilch and belches up that garbage all over the boards, over and over again. She never changes, just like a broken record. This is who she is, but she fears not to rise up against even the greatest of leronlimab defenders. I would love to see her in a one against all at Investors Hangout. She would probably stand her ground like a viciously barking Chihuahua, never backing down, but only manages a growl while getting eaten alive by the many who talk sense.

She claims to be the protectress of the masses unfortunate enough to be sucked in by the hype at CYDY. That her purpose is the protection of the gullible from being drawn into what she calls the "CytoDyn Con". She does not refute any facts; she just claims they are not true or that there is insufficient validation to back them, always puts aside the obvious facts as hearsay. When somebody sensibly points out the findings of a peer reviewed research paper, she brushes it off as anecdotal. She claims to know BioTech, but she harps upon and is very critical of how long everything takes. 1 year, 2 years since, 3 years and no patient dosed... Yes, BioTech takes a long time. A slog. But she doesn't get it. She doesn't understand that while we are in the midst of the waiting, it may very well hit, just like that, at any given moment, because we know there is no "CytoDyn Con". Try to tell her simply, that you don't mind waiting, and see what she says.

When you tell her that you'll wait, she singles you out, identifies you in her mind as pro-CYDY and she initiates a vendetta against you. Immediately instilled within her mind is a need to destroy you before you destroy her. When somebody becomes a shareholder in CYDY, each owner holds shares for different reasons. Each individual has various expectations. Each one places a varying amount of hope and expectation in their investment, some more than others, some much less than everyone else. Each one invests varying quantities of their time doing their due diligence in their investment. You can find her somewhere on the very left edge of the bell shaped curve with no hope in their investment, yet all her time focused in on destroying it for herself and for all those to the right of her.

This bell shaped curve contains all the natural divisions between the shareholders. It could be compared to a divided house, her address being -666 Black Hole Mazzy millibars of vacuum, while here at Livimmue, we sit at 777 Conjecture Based on the Pressure of Truth. The rest are somewhere in between. A divided family for sure, but it is a family, Black Hole included, but a small one at that. Naturally, everyone has different perspectives on how things should be done. Everybody has different takes, different ideas, different beliefs. Black Hole Mazzy is here to destroy any belief in this company or in this molecule. Anybody who can fly a CYDY flag, gets their flag burned and stomped on if they just dare fly it in her presence because that is her mission in life.

Why is she doing this? Why is she so juxtaposed to everything CytoDyn? She has issues with everybody. NP, SK, TU, JL. They are the leaders or once leader of the company and when positive words are spoken about any one of them, she is very impulsive and hesitates not to tear them apart. Without fail, she always flaunts her own ideal expert's perspective and perception of the problem. She counts the weeks, days, months something hasn't happened or how long it has been since the company did something. No dosing. No trial. 100 weeks since this or that. No corporate meeting in this many days, breaks a new record every day there isn't one. Could it be that she is envious of them and actually believes that she can do a better job than any one of them? Maybe she wants the Cure for herself? Can you imagine a hole like this leading CytoDyn to the Cure? In fact the opposite has happened. The Cure choose Lalezari. It did not choose Mazzy. She so desperately desires to control the leadership, and since she can not, she fights it with every fiber of her being.

Something most certainly had happened between she and NP, that was the birth of all her animosity, to drive her to the point that she wants this drug and this company and everyone important to this company buried forever. Her Rebellion was born from that day forward unto this very day. Ever since that moment, she has never changed. Her tricks are not new. They've remained the same from that day until today and going forward, they are as old as she is. It never changes.

But is there a purpose to this madness? A purpose most of us don't understand including myself? Though she has succeeded in bringing the SP down as far as it has fallen, unwittingly, she has also brought in many more buyers at these lower prices. It may not have been her initial motive or belief, but unknowingly, it has backfired on her. As she has killed the share price with her rhetoric and chronic hypnotic chant, like a Tumor's RANTES hum, even more shareholders have come on board, enchanted by the unbelievably low share price.

These would be the shareholders who are naïve in the stock, who have purchased recently. Therefore, they seek understanding. There is another group of investors who've been here for years and have much knowledge and experience. There are so many more investors some where in the middle. The shareholder base here at CytoDyn spans the gamut. Here on Livimmune, we look at the CytoDyn leadership team and track their decisions and movements at least weekly, if not more frequently; while on her side, she is all about criticizing each and every one of the members of the leadership team and Boards, casting as much doubt as possible on any decision and / or action made.

She claims that the CYDY CEO won't be around for much longer and then says she doesn't mean that he'll be last. If you're not around, does that make you first or last? Such a two faced liar. What else is new, This is her MO. Sorry Mazzy, the Cure has chosen Lalezari, not Hoffman and absolutely, has not put you in charge. So, I'll accept what you say. He is currently last, but I say, the last shall be first.

You were brought onto the scene for a reason Mazzy. And I have come to believe that reason is To Divide. To shake things up. To break up unity and to create dissention. And that would be fine if you were not so repulsive. You might be more welcome wherever you might go, if you simply smiled. Don't you know Satan is an Angel of Light or were you never trained properly?

The only time unity returns is when the partnership prevails. When this happens, she is gone, because the restoration of unity would again prevail. Why? Because, the partnership learns how to deal with the likes of vacuums like her. They train against dissidence which she emulates perfectly, in order to, time after time, prove her wrong, over and over, day after day.

Her voice shall be shut down and erased from history. Her disenabling and lysing capacity, nipped in the bud by the partnership. Her acidic enzymic nature, neutralized by the partnership base. However, the base hasn't yet appeared, because it is still in the making, which she denies until the end of time, but while forming in Stealth, Secrecy and Silence, her voice of doubt and dissent counters against our voice of confidence and reason. For a reason.

She splits a portion of the CYDY shareholder base and fills it with lies and half truths, ever since she got NP indicted. In her own words, she reports him to the SEC and DOJ and admits that freely and openly; even so much as brags about it. With all her purported vast BP experience, she has hated CytoDyn even before that. How far back do you even go Mazzy? Ever since when, were you so pitted against CytoDyn? At what moment marked your separation from the company? Were you ever actually pro-CYDY, or were you always pitted against it? What would it take for you to actually become pro-CYDY and no longer be cast against it? What happens when CytoDyn partners? You coming on board then, or do you double down against it?

By bringing the share price down, you brought in so many more individuals to buy so many more shares. In the end, you'll be one of the greats, because so many will owe their bank accounts to the work you did in getting this share price down so low. The other day even, you said it should not be 35 cents, but rather, that it should be 3 - 5 cents. How many more would come in and how many more shares would be purchased if your hope and belief came to fruition? The only souls that you're actually saving from buying the stock are the mutual funds and institutional ownership who are forbidden from purchasing OTC or stocks less than $5. Many here do see the value and are buyers thanks to your excellent work, so keep it up Black Hole Mazzy.

Maybe, this is how it was meant to be. A massively wide shareholder base, but moderately divided due to a lack of knowledge and deterrence. Unfortunate circumstances brought all here together like a viral video in 2020 which everybody watched; something like Bruce Patterson's TED Talk. All of us, now meshed together in one house because of circumstances. Not because we really were united, but the molecule was uniting, if you know that Good overcomes Evil.

Were you once wronged Mazzy? Was there something NP did to you personally back around that time? All of your innocent questions seem to be a façade trying to hide the real reason for your vendetta.

First it was NP, but your appetite was not satisfied. He was not enough, so now you set your sights on JL? What are your true motives? Why? You never liked JL either? Are you looking to be CEO Mazzy? One thing for sure, you have zero respect for authority. Are you so blinded by your jealousy, that you don't see that JL is not interested in the power of CEO; rather, that he is far more interested in the principal of the matter here, to see this thing through, which you're so vehemently opposed to. Yes, this thing shall be completed and Good shall trump Evil. That is why JL was brought on board as CEO unanimously.

However, that act, bringing JL onboard, did not unite the shareholder base. No, many yet remained angry. Who could blame anyone really for being angry after everything that had happened? And despite 1.5 years after bringing JL on board, there remain many angry today, who exist amongst the shareholder base, who would be content to rip it back apart again. But those who do sport their spirit of dissent shall never rule as they are quite outnumbered. This fact alone makes them in the end to be last and we as the democratic majority, shall be first, however, forced to live together under one house, but never united, always divided by the growth of boldness amongst their likes.

Seems like CytoDyn was destined to be pulled apart, from every direction, from every angle, even from within the base of shareholders. The only way this works out is that all come back into the fold. And this comes when the partnership takes hold. United as one under one CEO.
