How to care for a deep cut.

I only have 2 bandaids left, some gause, a small bit of polysporin, some wound shower Sheilds and soap and water. I also have some wound aloe gel that helps?? I can make sailine solution, and I have Vaseline. It a mid fat cut. (Beans), And I stopped the bleeding, and rinsed it with cool water. It covered in 3 bandaids, and some gause. How do I care for this?? It's about 1 1/2 fingers wide, and 5 fingers long. I can't get stitches, and for refrance when I was doing really bad I would get stitches, so I don't know how to care for this. Infection is SUPER prone to this, and it's on my thigh.
