AMD 25.6.1 update broke 4:3 res

After updating to 25.6.1 my 1280x960 stretched res is now completely broken. It won't stretch. I have GPU scaling, scaling mode fullscreen, custom AMD res, and fullscreen mode in game all enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm pretty sure it's related to this driver because I played 2 games completely fine on stretched res, updated the drivers, and then the game was broken. Thank you.
