Is another drop the right choice

So I passed out my 12th in 2023 uss time meri koi tyri nhi thi and I have neet aise he have mei didn't score much and went to kota udhr I attended all the classes and stuff but self study ka lack hone ke krn I didn't score good and last year I planned for mbbs abroad but due to some medical issues I couldn't go and now I am almost 20 with no degree just barvi pass I am a pcmb student but because I had 100 percent plan on going abroad I didn't give jee or cuet also and now that I am not going I am left with option of doing btech from a private okay okay college but the thought comes into my mind ki mene neet ko 1 se zyada proper chance Diya he nhi and am confused ki should I take another drop give it my all or just leave the dream of becoming a doctor and do btech but mera college bhi koi bahot acha hai nhi ki placement ki koi guarantee mill he jaaye I was a good student topper of my class tbh but life went shit after 12th and now I am completely confused what to do Ik iss sub pe sb doctory ko bahot khrb bolte hai but I never imagined myself doing anything apart from mbbs and now when I have to leave this dream I don't feel very good about it

My main concerns are nhi hua agle saal tab kya mei sath mei bsc mei naam likhwa rhi but nhi hua toh 2 saal aur ghr pe baithna pdega jo bahot khrb ho jayega because itne attempts ke baad bhi nhi hua and stuff bahot bola jayega mereko aur mereko wo nhi sunna hai aur bcs ke baad mba se kuch zyada hai nhi btech ke baad se thoda better toh hai he

Any advice anybody can give me would be of great help I am Posting it here to know is btech worth it from a not so good college
