I can't sleeeeep

I've been on 25mg for a week, upping to 50 tomorrow. Have had crazy insomnia every night since I started, and I can't stop thinking about my ex gf for some reason. I saw it's somewhat common to be wired on this studf and I need to try melatonin but my god does this suck on a sunday night during my office's busy season. Aaaaaaa.
