Black monitor After booting

Hi I just finished building my PC everything was good and smooth and perfect and running with no issues and kept the bios as it is till I added a flashdrive to install windows 11 everything seems normal, it get restarted by itself after booting but black screen as if the monitor is not detecting anything I tried different cables/another monitor/all HDMI and display cable port in both motherboard and GPU and still monitor won't detect anything but the PC itself is responding whenever I click del/f2 whatever because I can't see the bios or something I tried removing the CMOS still the same
