Took a sales job that requires me to drive my personal vehicle.
Im paid a salary, commission, and get bonuses through out the year. But, while traveling, I get .34 cents per mile and $200 per month. Its usually about $800-$1,000 per month extra on top my pay. I have to pay for gas, which in my truck is about $450
Would it be worth it to get a work car in addition to my truck? I have to keep the truck, as i camp and tow often, plus constantly hauling and towing something.
Sure, I'd spend less on gas. But after the cost of a 2nd car, maintenance, taxes, insurance it just doesn't seem worth it and the hassle. What would you do?
