Explant for implants done via TUBA (belly button)

Hi! Has anyone had breast implants placed via TUBA (belly button) and explanted with just local anesthesia? I’ve been starting to research getting mine out and am curious if anyone has done it successfully with local or if they opted for general anesthesia. I’ve read that it can be a bit more complicated if your implants were placed this way.
