Lost audio after waking up from sleep

Hi everyone,I'm encountering an issue where the audio is sometimes lost after booting from sleep, only a shutdown and turn on would fix the problem.I read that many people have the same problem as me but I haven't found a true solution yet.The OS is updated and no audio plugin, can someone help me fix this please?
