HCG heatwave drama

I've been traveling and it's been chaotic two days in a row. Both days my HCG has been out of the refrigerator all day. First day was all room temperature. Second day has been room temp, some of it has been around 85 degrees... is it damaged? Sorry to be stupid and not carry an ice pack... it didn't occur to me until too late...
