Matching face mods and skins

So when using something like panorables npc and picking any skin that's on nexus. Is there a way to make the face match the skin. Or do you just have to match the skin to face to avoid mismatch such as using the bijin skin which matches. I tried using easy npc but that didn't seem to work and there was still a color mismatch between the mods. Thanks for the help.
