I need a macro software with very specific needs(Don't mind paid)

I want to record mouse and keyboard with ability to add a speed multiplier and make multiple macros at once while each macro can be assigned to a custom start hotkey and the start hotkey also works as stop hotkey, Not capturing mouse moves ore forcing the mouse to go to somewhere on the screen and I don't mind if it was capturing the mouse moves but can be disabled**(There has to be an option to disable capturing mouse movements)** also it has to capture delays between clicks

Don't tell me AutoHotkey unless you have a script for that because:
I tried to understand it, I couldn't
I tried claude, chatgpt gemeni, deepseek All the codes had errors
I tried coding myself, Failed

Can someone help me find it? I don't mind if you wrote an AutoHotkey script or gave me one that works
