🚶‍♂️Walking Bangkok While Telling the City’s Most Haunting Love Story – The Ghost of Mae Nak 💔👻

Bangkok/Middle

Hey everyone,

I just launched the first episode of a new walking documentary series where I explore the streets of Bangkok—not just visually, but through storytelling grounded in Thai history and folklore.

🎙️ In this episode, I narrate the legend of Mae Nak Phra Khanong—a chilling yet heartbreaking ghost story about love so strong it transcends death. The tale is deeply woven into Thai culture, and as I walk the real streets where it supposedly took place, I guide you through the layered geography of love, war, grief, and the supernatural.

📍Filmed on location in modern-day Bangkok and for the upcoming video, Phra Khanong, this story unfolds alongside footage of bustling markets, narrow canals, and the shrine at Wat Mahabut—where people still leave offerings to Mae Nak today.

If you’re into:

  • Urban storytelling
  • Southeast Asian folklore
  • Bangkok’s hidden cultural history
  • Ambient walking videos with purpose
  • Emotional, immersive narration

…this one’s for you.

🙏 If you enjoy it, let me know what places or stories you'd like covered next as I continue walking through the forgotten tales of Thailand.
