R3 PTP

Good day, fellow scholars!

I just wanted to ask, mayroon na bang sinend na reply slip sa inyo? Based kasi sa PTP 2025 Primer, until June 30 daw need i-return but I haven't received a copy yet.

Also, ano pa ang ibang need for application ng PTP, yung reply slip lang ba itself?
