Date ideas

So I'm going on a 2nd date with this girl(we're both in our early 20s) she is originally from Myanmar(she left when she was 9). I really like her and I want to do something sweet for her and I was wondering if there was anything that could stand out as far as gifts or maybe food I can make her that she would like. For background we both live in Tennessee and from what she has told me English is her second language. I'm falling for this girl really hard and I just want to make it known. We went to an American Italian restaurant Friday and we're going to see a movie tomorrow night(Monday). Any advice is appreciated. Thank you
