People who were smoking/vaping when starting E and then quit, did you notice a difference after stopping?

Prefacing this by saying yes I know I should quit regardless! I am trying but just have been struggling. I have noticed a lot of people saying nicotine lessens the effects of estrogen, I have also seen people say they have still had the full effects while vaping heavily. I am 6 months on hrt and vape as regularly as I breathe air as well as indulging in the occasional cigarette and I am starting to think things are not going as well as they should be and trying to figure out if my nicotine consumption might possibly be a contributing factor! aside from breast growth I am essentially the exact same so I’d love to hear how things are going from other people’s perspective! thank u :)
