I did an art commission and now I owe them 100 dollars

F 15, I did a art commission for someone and my PayPal didn't recognize my account and through the refund process they lossed 100 dollars and now it's in the limbo of PayPal. I just feel bad for it but I don't have the money to repay them I'm so screwed!!!
