Please help
Hiiii so long story short, I've always been a achiever, 93 in 12th boards, scored good in jee(90+, it's good to me) and mhtcet too (99) But 490 in neet and 63k rank general category.
My parents have given me 2 options: get a good pvt college or take a drop. The pharma option is available but obv its not mbbs. And as someone who doesnt know what shes interested in, anything is fine to me ig, because at the end of the day its about sustaining my family. They think that because I've reached just on the borderline, I'll definitely get a gmc next year. See I agree with that, I agree that if I work hard tirelessly, without distractions I'm capable of doing it. But in the last 2 years, I've been so hard on myself because I used to get distracted by series, movies, books and idk I thought maybe mbbs isn't my calling that's why I procrastinate, but is it true? I just don't want a repeat of the past 2 years where I have to beg myself to not get distracted, a lot is at stake.
But idek if mbbs is my passion, I absolutely LOVE the diseases part, and money is also a priority for me. I want to support my family, and break the norms that only men can. It's not even that we're poor, we're a 40LPA type of family, but just this dream of buying mom dad things they didn't have as a child lurks. But would someone like me, someone who can work hard, is going to be 1st one in khaandaan, be capable to do it? This neet thing has shook my self belief so much, I fear neet pg and everything afterwards so so much.
So the question is, how do I know mbbs is my true calling? What if I only want to do it for my parents? Will I survive?
