Cant See inventory

I cant see anything in my inventory, I cant see any items i have(nor my implant) I am also not able to see engrams i have learned. This issue persists even after deleting all mods and reinstalling, i then went into single player without any mods, after that didn't work i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the issue still persist. I know i have items because they affect my weight and i can see the items in the cosmetics tab just not anywhere accessible
