Error: “EPC” - It’s been 2 months!

Omg! Yet another issue. 4th major issue since I purchased the vehicle! 2 months ago!

This time I’m driving and my display screen is black (yet again) and as I mentioned in a previous post ( someone said to power off the display and power back on .. that didn’t work).

My acceleration is like dragging .. or holding back for some reason.. (I think maybe it’s another safety thing (see a previous post where I mentioned it slammed on brakes as someone was approaching my door.. not safe by the way.. what if someone was trying to car jack me and they are approaching my door and the car STOPS?!)

So I’m going less than 45 mph approaching a red light slowing down and I get this error on my dash. EPC. The car within seconds shuts off!! The dash then says put the gear in park. I do so. Then I start the car again (people are blowing their horns now because the light is green and it’s my turn to go) then it starts again and the light goes away.

I am still under the 90 day warranty the dealership has so I’m taking it to a VW dealership Monday. The same one that fixed the other issues covered by the warranty.

What would you all do if this was you?
