how can i keep kitty warm in heat wave with no ac

my cats around 4 yr old and the summer heat has been bad recently and my house doesn’t have working ac atm. i am trying everything i can to keep my cat cooled down but she recently has started to pant and breath heavier then normal, other then that she’s been normal other then a lil more tired which i heard is normal from the heat. my house gets from 86-92 degrees and i only have limited fans to use (either there’s a fan on my cat or there’s a fan on me) and my cat doesn’t really seem to enjoy the fan much either.

is there any tips or tricks that will make my cat less hot? worst case i can bring her to my friends house who has ac but that’s about hour drive and i wouldn’t be able to bring her there until tuesday. i also don’t want to stress her out with driving as she’s scared of it.
