did anyone else’s face become completely unrecognisable after accutane?

like as well as my acne going away i guess i didn’t realise how inflamed my whole face was because my cheeks are now hollow and almost sunken whereas before i was known to have huge chipmunk cheeks, my nose is slim and taut while it was huge and bulbous before … my forehead is smaller, eyes are bigger etc.. i don’t even recognise myself in old photos. i didn’t do anything different besides go on accutane and id fully finished growing up when i started the med…
