SBI not approving loans for flat I booked

Hi All .. looking for suggestions here... My husband booked a flat last year in June for hwich we have done some downpayment and looking for loans approved by sbi .. but SBI isn't approving loans for this anymore.. the one tower which is alraedy handover had loans approved by sbi .. but the phase under construction which we have booked they are not approving the same .. while the rest of the banks like hdfc are approving .. is sbi not approving loans for this flat is a red flag ? And should we back off .. or we get loans from alternate banks .. kindly suggest
