Making Cat Accessories?

Hello! Hopefully, this is allowed since it isn't meant to be self-promotion in any way. Just wondering. I have a lot of farmers' markets and craft fairs in my area, and there are always handmade dog collars and accessory booths. I've stopped by them, but they never have sizes small enough for cats or breakaway buckles. I feel like it's a gap in the market because I have a cat and I would love to buy her a cute custom collar or bandana, especially from a local maker. Have others noticed this? Would something like custom collars or bandanas, or little bows, be something you would be interested in? Just trying to get some market research.
