Hit Flame Ruler and realized there is things I need to work on. What are some good tips you guys could give me?

Hey all so I'm currently Flame Ruler and TBH i'm not sure if I totally deserve this rank or just got lucky by going on some winning streaks but i've played about 2 hours so far in this rank and feel like I really need to start practicing some things and actually trying to improve. What are some good tips you have for me to practice or start labbing? Lili Main
