Question....arguement to help resolve

So the wife and I are having a bit of a discussion. We mix our shots in a spoon and draw it all up and then slpit it into 2. Our question is this:

Is the front half of the rig stronger that the back? (her opinion)

I believe if mix correctly(meth) is shouldn't matter.
