Stock Evaluation Program

I am developing a coding system that evaluates the stock market to find undervalued or even, really correctly valued stocks that are set for large breakouts, like the stocks that show on Robinhood's Daily Price Jumps list, before they make the price jumps. Do any of you guys have any suggestions or things you've noticed through your experience that have led to any of your stocks that have hit 30% or more gains? If you were to devote the time and effort, what would be things you might add to a system to be successful at evaluating stocks with confidence?
