My (22F) relationship with my boyfriend (23M) feels non-existent. Help?

Hi all.

I have been with my boyfriend for about six months, and I'm feeling pretty unhappy where we're at right now.

For context we started off really well, going on little adventures and spending quality time together. He's a very kind person who is super charismatic, even getting me flowers and things. For the past 2 months though, we haven't really been on any dates or anything. The only time we spend together is after he finishes work, and he's usually tired and just want to eat, maybe have sex, and go to sleep. he's been picking up a lot of overtime so he finishes late, and he spends almost every weekend away due to his sport.

Am I overthinking this? I just feel like we're barely in a relationship anymore and that he only comes over to my house to sleep. I feel like less of a girlfriend and more of just a fuckbuddy. It makes me kinda upset that I only get to see him when he's tired, and then he spends his whole weekend with his bros.

I would never be mad at him for being committed to his sport or work, but I don't remember him going away this often in the beginning of our relationship.

I honestly want to make this work, but I just don't really know how to broach the subject without coming off as demanding.

I'm too embarrassed to talk about it with my friends, so any advice or thoughts you guys have would be appreciated.

TLDR: My relationship has started to feel more like a fuckbuddy situation, am I doomed?
