Pills + Inositol Powder/Supplements

Hello PCOSgirlies~ kakabalik ko lang ulit sa OB last week. Been diagnosed since 2021, I experience hairfall, cycstic acnes, irregular period from time to time plus depression/anxiety tho separately diagnosed rin ako ng psych.

Anyways, I was prescribed to to take Althea pills plus Inositol.

I am scared sa pag-take ng pills tbh :( considering the bad reviews/stories i read and heard sa iba kong kakilala. Tho sa inositol naman I've been taking PureForm Powder plus New Moon capsule.

Can help this girly? Any advice? Experience nyo po with Althea pills and taking pills in general plus is anyone taking Wello PCOS Inositol Capsule here? Any feedback rin po? Salamat!!! 🌸
