SSD was suddenly full with 2 Terabytes. Is that a Virus ?

HI Im building a new PC right now. I bought a SSD Samsung 900 Pro with 2 Terabytes. I dont have a windows 11 key so I bought a win 11 key from a website for like 2€. I opened the email with the key and activated it windows 11 Pro. Days later like 2-3 days later. My SSD was full with 2 Terabytes and I didnt know why. It showed I believe temporary storage was full. I dont know why. So I suspect I got a virus through this email althoughI havnt opened anything I just clicked on the code and copy pasted it to activate windows. Before I opende the email I actualy have a anti virus installed "Norton for Gamers" I also ran a virus scan it said everything ok. I dont know if that was a sophisticated virus or something else. But why suddenly 2 Terrabyte ? It also was a pretty fresh instal maybe windows fucked up an update ? I activated windows like 5 days later after fresh instal. Since then Im paranoid and retoured everything I already changed like 2 graphic cards memory rams and motherboards and even my keyboard and mouse. What I didnt change is my Processor and my fans Do you think this virus (if it was one) can spread to Fans and CPUs ?

The windows 11 pro key is also insane. I tested it on other motherboards and what I learned is that windows is always activated when I use the same motherboard model with different serial number and the same samsung 900 pro model with different serial number. If I use my Samsung SSD where I activated windows on different mainboard like Gigabyte or Asusu it is always activated. What kind of Windows key do I have ? Is this the catch you get insane windows key but if you open email you get a virus ?

I secure erased my SSD but I forgot the Razer Basilisk mouse which I used when I had the 2 terabyte error and used it when I secure erased and clean installed windows again. Do you think if it is a virus it can infect a razer mouse ?
