What new Bio Weapon/Virus can we expect in Resident Evil: Requiem?

With the announcement of Resident Evil Requiem I'm left wondering what the next new Bioweapon we have to look forward to as the source of the new chaos we get to experience.

Could it be some new, hyper advanced version of the T-Virus since it takes place in the ruins if Raccoon City, some all new compound we've never seen before or perhaps some element of the T-Virus infection survived the bombing of Raccoon City and has been slowly evolving over the past few decades into something similar to the Mold, becoming a different form of intelligent life perhaps.
