Help with diapers/toddler stuff

Single dad of 4. I do work. Just had to pay a amount toward child support to keep my license from getting suspended as I was behind a little from losing my prior job. Ive been using diapers from a friend as I'm completely out of them, diapers and body wash for my 3 year old. I don't get paid till the following friday. I have my kids one week on, one week off. My week starts tomorrow. I know Amazon lists have been working better on Reddit so I made one. ill leave my Venmo here but if someone is more comfortable using my wishlist. I'll gladly send the link in a message. The box of diapers, it's about $50 on Amazon. Usually lasts about a month or more. Box of wipes is $20 and dove body wash I believe is $10.
