Games crashing on new games

Idk much about tech but i have a problem when i launch a newer game like f1 25 and elden ring nightreign i crash when i launch it (return to windows) but i dont have that problem with old games like rocket league, persona 4 golden, star wars battlefront 2, zenless zone zero etc... ive made my pc in 2023 i reckon never updated the bios. My pc spec are nvidia geforce 4070 ti, intel i7 14700kf 3 40Ghz,32 go ram, 1To SSD, im on windows 11 aswell. Ive heard that the intel processor of the 13/14th gen i5 i7 i9 had a problem so idk if its part of the reason why if anybody got some thoughs about it i apreciate it , i formated everything even reinstalling windows didnt help, so i probably think i should update the bios or change the processor idk.
