Considering Moving Out at 19

Thinking about moving out my parents house, turning 19 in November. I’m a police officer and the house is family owned so i won’t be paying rent.

I am thinking about getting a car if i do go through with it, though something telling me this isn’t a good idea. No problems at home, just think having my own spot would be nice. And if I’m feeling lonely, I could always go spend some nights back home (15 minute drive).
