my optiplex smells bad after dropping it

The tittle pretty much says it all. My optiplex 3060 I dropped it being a fucking idiot. And when I plugged it back in it smelt like chemicals instantly my stupid ass left my HDD under my GPU for a sag bracket and some other things like ram and ig a screw driver. Do y'all think my psu is dead?
