Thistle Marble Arch or Park Plaza Victoria?

Hello! Heading to London in a couple of months and wondering if anyone has stayed at one or both of these hotels? Love the location of Thistle but a lot of reviews about chaotic check in and rooms weren’t cleaned. Park Plaza I don’t like the location as much but gets rated better. TIA
