Syndication earnings?

Does anyone know how well a lead or co-lead, even a recurring role, of a successful series may earn when their series runs continuously in syndication?

Asking because Stana now seems to have the luxury to work selectively … 👍👏 But, it seems this is true for leads (and recurring role actors) of Rizzoli & Isles, Mentalist, Closer/Major Crimes, Elementary, and Bones (where I’ve not seen any of the recurring actors).
