failed last drug test

i’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and on probation for stupidly arguing with a cop back in the beginning of October. the final straw was when i asked for his badge number (i was drinking) and got arrested for disorderly conduct. it was stupid, i know. found out i was pregnant at the end of the year and didn’t have court until March. i got put on 6 months probation and was supposed to get off early. that is until i went to take my last test (oral swab) at the beginning of the month and wasn’t told until 10 days later when i went in to get my early release paperwork that i failed it for “marijuana”. i haven’t smoked since i found out i was pregnant and even if i wanted to, i wouldn’t be that stupid to do it 2 weeks before i’m supposed to be off probation for good. whole point in this is, could it be possible i tested positive from kissing my boyfriend after he smokes? i recently moved to a new place that isn’t as well ventilated as the last and although im not around him when he smokes the smell still lingers. i truly have no clue how else i could’ve tested positive and just wanted someone to help me feel less crazy lol
