Fractal Ridge GPU thickness?

Hi folks, I am finally building a SFF PC! I have a fractal ridge and it's assembled with an RX580 that I use as a display out/test GPU. I'm trying to decide between an ASRock 9070 Challenger and 9070xt Steel Legend. They are $599 and $699 at my local MicroCenter respectively. The only issue I see with the 9070xt Steel Legend is that it is 58mm thick which exceeds the 57mm thickness limit when 2 standard 140mm case fans are installed. I'm only considering the 9070xt steel legend because it is the lowest priced example I've found at MicroCenter and I like the design. Does anyone have enough experience with this case to say whether the GPU will fit? (GPU Thickness). I'm also coming from a 5800x + RX6800 PC that I just sold. Should I just save the $100+ and go with the 9070? Thanks!

Fyi, PSU is a Cooler Master Gold 750SFX and the CPU is a 9600x paired with a B850 MOBO.
