Game icons are different in Steam Deck than in Store or Desktop, anyone know why?

So, I've been going through and using the SteamGridDB through every game that I have (657 games!), and with Syncthing I've been able to also sync my changes to my Windows 11 Desktop. I noticed, however, that some of the games are using old covers even though the store, SteamDB, and even my Desktop show different icons.

Is this a Steam Deck issue, and how do I fix it?
