Am I doing this wrong?

Started consistently training my 23 month old last week. She has been showing interest (will sit on the potty, occasionally pees on the potty, takes diaper off at every opportunity, tells us when she needs a change).

She hasn’t peed on the potty since we started last week. She prefers wearing underwear vs diapers or pull ups. But she really just wants to be naked but that leads to big messes. I’ve been making her sit on the potty when she wants to be naked but she gets upset. It seems like it’s really stressing her out. Then it becomes a struggle to get her to even put on underwear.

We have multiple potties for her to use (2 kid sized potties and 1 that is attached to a regular toilet). We reward her with m&ms. I take her to the restroom with me and talk her through the process. She loves Ms Rachel’s potty episode and has her own Bean Bear (she loves pretending to make him go potty).

Should I just let her run around the house naked? How do I make this experience a positive one for her?

Any book suggestions? I’m not interested in Oh Crap.
