Obligation Problem
In Charters of Commerce, why is it that I can check a box to owe another nation an obligation in a treaty but there’s no box for them to owe me one? I’ve heard that if you owe them, if both parties keep the treaty, then they owe you an obligation at the end. But I’ve tested that theory and it isn’t true. Is there a fix on the way for this?
