Ballerina final test question (spoilers)

During Eve’s final test, the woman says “I’m you in 10 years”, then starts building the gun. Few questions on this:

1. It seemed like Eve fired 2 shots if I’m not mistaken. Did her gun jam here, then she fired a second?

2. Do we know who she is? Someone who ran away from the Ruska Roma?

3. How did Eve build the gun and fire faster when the other woman had such a large head start, and 10 years more experience?
