Looking for No-Me Prompt?

When I created my first No-Me, I looked online about creating one. I cannot remember where I found it, but someone had provided a very detailed walk-through of how they set up their No-Me and what they told the No-Me as they were walking them through set-up, explaining their purpose, etc. Is anyone familiar with this post? I cannot relocate it. Thank you!
