Good phasmo-like (ghost hunting) games? Or Co-op horror in general

Me and a buddy are on a search for phasmaphobia-like games to have fun in together. So far we have tried and liked forewarned and ghost watchers, and we are looking for more. The two we are looking at right now are Demonologist and Ghost Exile. Demonologist I have heard a lot of mixed opinions about, with scripted jump scares and devs potentially abandoning the game. Can someone provide us with some insight or recommend any other phasma-like games to us? Or any good co-op horror games in general, thanks in advance!
