Help - Sound is going nuts.

Hello everyone! I am new to Reddit and to PC. I hope to be able to solve this issue on my new PC

A little bit of background, because I know these questions will arise:

Part time videographer/editor and gamer. Transitioning from PS5 and Mac

Got this PC super cheat from a friend of a friend who's fiance broke up with her, so she sold it cheap.$800. I did get it shipped, it had no issues when it first arrived. Audio worked completely fine until 2 months ago.

Symptoms:

Any time I plug in an audio device, the audio volume level goes nuts. It doesn't produce any audio through any device. I've tried the following:

Uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers ie. Realtek

Downloading specific drivers for specific devices including: Adam Audio D3Vs, XM5s, G733 Headphones with USB Bluetooth piece.

Interestingly enough, a regular 1/8 in jack Shure IEMs work just fine.

Resetting the PC a total of 4 times.
